Choices of the week
1) KUCH KUCH HOTA HAI
This album is LOVELY! The fim has our FAV pair, Kajol and Shah Rukh Khan, together with Rani Mukerjee. The album starts off with the title song sung by Udit Narayan and Alka Yagnik. Second song is 'Koi Milgaya' sung by Udit and Alka once again, and Kavita Krishnamurty ends the song beautifully. Next song is 'Sajanji Ghar Aye'...a LOVELY song sung by Kumar Sanu, Alka and Kavita. 'Yeh Ladka Hai Deewana' is a good song sung by Udit and Alka once again. 'My favourite is 'Tujhe Yaad Na Meri Aye' sung by Alka and Udit. Jatin-Lalit, the music directors of this album give a different taste to the bajan 'Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram' sung by Alka and Shankar Mahadevan. The album ends of with Alka and Kumar singing 'Ladka Bada Anjana Hai' This is an album you'd want to listen to over and over again.
2) BADE MIYAN CHOTE MIYAN
A typical David Dhawan type of album!! Music given by Viju Shah, this promises to rock the charts!!! It starts off with the title song by Udit Nrayan and Sudesh Bhosle. Alka Yagnik and Udit sing a 'bhangra-ish' type of number, 'Makhna' Next song is my favourite...'Deta Jai Jo Re' sung by Udit, Amit Kumar, Anyradha Paudwal and my FAVOURITE, Kavita Krishnamurthy. A fast number 'Assi Chutki nabbe Taal' by Udit and Sudesh is really cool. A funny type of gana 'Kisi Disco Mein Jaaye' by Alka and Udit is quite good. Jaspinder Nirula and Sudesh sing 'Dhin Tak Din' which is a pretty fast number, but then again....ALL the songs in this album are fast!!!
1) There's only One I want you to listen to...
'O OH JANE JANA' by the latest hot star, Kamaal Khan
This is really a great album, it's difficult to say which
is better, the original song, or the one from PYAR KIYA TO DARNA
KYA?...and you know what, the singer is too bad himself, don't you
